Please read this policy carefully. By purchasing any template or service from Wildbrand, you agree to comply with our Template Policy, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including templates, branding, designs, and media—is the exclusive intellectual property of Wildbrand or third parties who license it to us (“Third-Party Licensed Intellectual Property”). This includes, but is not limited to, logos, images, graphics, text, and design elements. Purchasing or accessing any of our products does not grant you rights to redistribute, copy, or claim ownership of any of these assets.

Template Installation

Our templates are specifically crafted for new Squarespace 7.1 sites. Following your purchase, we will install the template on a new Squarespace site and transfer it to your account within two business days.

The template will match the demo setup, complete with placeholder images and text. You’ll be responsible for personalizing it with your own content and adjustments.

Installation does not include:

- Template customizations or content modifications

- Domain setup or connection

- Revisions, migrations, or content addition

- SEO setup or optimization

- Third-party integrations (e.g., email marketing, social media accounts, shipping plugins, payment gateways)

- Ongoing website maintenance or support for existing sites. If this is required, you can select from our support options once your free support period ends.

While we aim to meet our two-day installation timeframe, some situations may extend the timeline. If this is the case, we will endeavour to notify you wherever possible.

Reinstallation Policy

If you require a reinstallation (for instance, due to site deletion or changes you cannot undo), you must purchase the template again for a new installation.

Email Invitation & Delivery

Once the template is ready, you’ll receive an email invitation link to the email address you gave us when you purchased the template. If it’s not received within two business days, please reach out to request a new link. Invitations that go unaccepted for more than seven days after purchase are considered final, and no additional invitations will be issued or refunded.

Refunds & Returns

All sales of digital templates are final, with no refunds, returns, or exchanges available. We encourage you to review the demo, template features, and other information before purchase. Contact us with any questions before purchasing to ensure a confident decision.

Email Support

We’re here to assist with any template-related questions. For 30 days following purchase, you’ll have access to email support. Please submit any inquiries through our official support channel on our website during our business hours, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Communication outside these channels, including social media, may not receive a response.

Included in Email Support:

- Questions about template features and settings

- Guidance for minor CSS updates (if applicable)

Not Included in Email Support:

- General Squarespace issues (Squarespace customer support can assist)

- Code alterations or new design elements

- Integration with external apps or platforms

- Domains, hosting, email, or general design advice

Respectful and professional communication is expected. Any abusive or unreasonable conduct may result in suspension of support.

Licensing and Copyright

Each template purchase provides a single-use license, valid for one website only. Additional sites require a separate license purchase.

Prohibited Uses:

- Reselling, sharing, or distributing any part of the template

- Claiming any Wildbrand templates as your own work

- Using the template to develop competing products or services

Any unauthorized use of our templates constitutes intellectual property theft and may result in legal action.

Demo Images

Template demo images are provided by Unsplash and Pexels solely for demonstration. You’re responsible for replacing them with licensed or owned images, as Wildbrand is not liable for any copyright claims arising from image misuse.

6-Month Squarespace Trial and 20% Discount

As part of Squarespace Circle, we extend a six-month trial and 20% off the first annual subscription on eligible Squarespace plans. However, these benefits are forfeited if you remove Wildbrand from site permissions before subscribing. If the trial expires without upgrading to a paid plan, Squarespace may delete the site, requiring a new template purchase for reinstallation.

Squarespace manages all discounts and trial offers, and Wildbrand is not liable for any changes or unavailability in these offers.

Browser and Device Compatibility

Our templates are optimized for most browsers and device sizes, though we cannot guarantee an identical appearance across all platforms. Templates are tested on the latest versions of common browsers and devices, but it’s advisable to preview the demo on your preferred devices to ensure compatibility.

Access and Availability

We reserve the right to discontinue or retire templates from our shop. Discontinued templates may not receive future updates, and Wildbrand is not responsible for maintaining access to retired templates.

As the account holder, you are responsible for any Squarespace fees associated with your website, such as hosting, domain registration, and email services.

Third-Party SOFTWARE, Apps & PLUGINS

Wildbrand is not responsible for changes or updates in Squarespace or third-party applications, software or plugins that may affect template functionality. Compatibility with future updates, browser changes, or technology shifts is not guaranteed and may require additional fees to address.

Liability Disclaimer

Wildbrand will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our templates. Any modifications you make to the template are at your own risk.

Legal Pages & Compliance

You are responsible for including legally compliant terms and policies on your website. Wildbrand is not responsible for legal liabilities or financial outcomes resulting from your use of the template.

Disclaimers & Limitations

No guarantee of specific outcomes or earnings is made by Wildbrand. Templates are provided “as-is,” and by purchasing, you agree to use them responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. Wildbrand may revoke access for any illegal or unethical use of our products.

Force Majeure

Wildbrand will not be held liable for delays or interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, civil unrest, technology failures, or pandemics.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wildbrand from any liability, loss, or damage arising from your use of our templates. By purchasing, you release us from claims regarding lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions.

Currency

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
